Top 5 Favorite Cookbooks (Fall 2016)
It's time that I show you all my current top five favorite cookbooks! I have been getting tons of cookbooks in the mail recently. It's basically like Chanukah every time the mail man drops a package off! Aside from checking out all the actually recipes, my favorite part is to look at all the amazing food photography. All of the pictures inspire me for my own photography. So I decided to put together a list of my favorites and share them with you.

Pesto Salmon with Roasted Mini Potatoes
This week i'm sharing this super colorful and healthy meal. The pan seared salmon over the mini roasted potatoes, topped with the pesto is just yummy! Best of all you can easily pull it off in under an hour, any night of the week. You can even make the pesto ahead of time! You will wow all of your hungry guests at the table with this restaurant quality dish, made in no time!
Pico de Gallo Avocado Toast
This will totally up your picnic game!
I don't like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I know, crazy! Basically, I love peanut butter. I love bread. And I like jelly. Just not together. Something about the three together, just isn't for me. So that leaves me with a challenge every time I need to bring a portable lunch anywhere. I can totally just go with the easy bagel and cream cheese but sometimes I like a change.

Pan Seared Denver Steaks with Roasted Potatoes
I was fortunate to get to try some amazing meat from Grow and Behold this holiday season! If you follow me on Instagram (@chefeitanbernath) or Snapchat (eitanbernath), then you saw all of meat I got to try. I got a bunch of chuck steaks, a french brisket, Denver steaks, and a bunch of baby lamb chops! I can't wait to share a delicious recipe with all of those soon. I'm thinking of doing something Indian with the lamb chops! I’m very excited for that.

Hawaiian Chicken Kababs
I created this recipe two years ago for my first gig at a passover hotel. I hand-made these kebabs for dinner for the 600+ guests. It was crazy! But also so fun cooking in a hotel kitchen. It was huge! It literately took up almost a whole level of the hotel. They were so popular that night, which was awesome. I knew I had come up with a great recipe. It's a kebab of chicken, peppers, onions, and pineapple soaked in a killer marinade!

I teamed up with Natural and Kosher Cheese to bring you another super easy weeknight dinner! My Fettuccine Alfredo recipe is a step up from your typical dish of pasta and tomato sauce. It's a rich and creamy sauce full of heavy cream, butter and cheese coated all over fettuccine pasta. The combination, with some more parmesan grated on top, makes for the perfect bite!
The nuttiness from the Natural and Kosher Parmesan Cheese makes the alfredo sauce even more decadent. ...
It's Chicken Fajitas for dinner tonight!
It's official, school is in full swing. I started high school this past Wednesday. That means I'll be getting home late and the endless homework will begin. As the school year starts, there really is no time to make fancy dinners that take along time. I came up with a bunch of easy, quick recipes that will appeal to the whole family.
These chicken fajitas are exactly that! They are a quick, "one pan" meal. They have nice&nbs...
It's sad to say but summer 2016 is coming to an end. I start high school in just 3 days. So I teamed up with California Gourmet Chocolate Chips and came up with a fun school snack that will remind me of the summer. I spent every night of my trip in Orlando at the campfire roasting marshmallows and making smores. It was a lot of fun and a great memory. Who knew my mom would find kosher marshmallows at a random Publix in Orlando?
