Homemade Garlic Naan

This week I have teamed up with Red Star Yeast to make Homemade Garlic Naan! When they told me they wanted to collaborate for a video I decided to challenge myself to make something that I love to eat but have never actually made before. I immediately got in the kitchen, started working on a garlic naan recipe, instantly fell in love with making it from scratch! Not only is the technique for cooking it so cool but it tastes out of this world. It’s a super soft flatbread topped with loads of ...

I happen to have the world's best school cafeteria so I felt adventurous, tried it, and instantly fell in love with this new leafy green. A few days later in my kitchen, I "Eitanized" it by adding in fried bread and allllllllll the grated parmesan cheese. By doing this, it makes this kale salad much more of a comfort food worth craving. If you have never tried kale either, I highly recommend starting with ...

Mixed Berry Pavlova

Let's talk Pavlovas. This is hands down my favorite dessert to eat on Passover and even year round! For those of you who have never had a pavlova, a pavlova is a large meringue that has whipped cream dolloped on top. It is typically finished off with some fresh fruit, but you can literally top it with anything. My favorite part of a pavlova is definitely the meringue. I just love the marshmallowy texture on the inside and the slightly crunchy outside. Yummmm! My mouth is watering just ...
